Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
After hours, (4:00 pm – 8:30 am), come to the Elmira Police Department, 317 East Church Street to meet with a Catholic Charities’ Homeless Intake Support Specialist.
After business hours, holidays, and weekends, you may also call the 24-hour Homeless Services number: 607-732-5954.
Emergency Shelter is being provided through local motels. A Warming Station may also be available on “Code Blue Nights” (temperature or windchill at or below 32 degrees). Check-in at the Elmira Police Department for instructions.
