The Second Place East Homeless Shelter on College Avenue closed on May 31, 2022. Emergency Shelter is being provided through local motels. A Warming Station may now be available on “Code Blue Nights” (temperature or windchill at or below 32 degrees). Check-in at the Elmira Police Department for instructions.
